Refund Policy

For your best experience shopping confidently with us we have 7-day warranty from the date your order has been delivered.

Eligible Return:

1. Purchased item must be unworn and in the same condition received, the tags must be attached.
2. All accessories received with your package must be in the box as they will be inspected upon arrival to factory’s warehouse.
3. Free returns are only for items that comply with our damages standard which is caused by us and approved by our QC team. We will provide you with free replacement.
4. For issues with sizing in case the item sent to you is different size than which you have ordered we will replace it.
5. In case you need a different size for the shoe you ordered we have got you covered. The factory will be glad to offer you a one-time exchange for an additional $50 - $120 Exchange fee. (Buyer will be responsible for postal charges)

All of the products offered on the website will be 95% accurate, we manufacturer the best quality UA products with the same material as the retail. It is important for us for you to come back to us for the next purchase. In case there is defect in the products that you have received our QC team will inspect the item and provide you with replacement.

Please Submit your request on our contact us page, your ticket will be answered in less than 48 hours. Please Kindly note return address’s will be provided to you, make sure you don’t return to the address on your package as they will be lost in the shipping center.

For an eligible order/s cancellation

• Any orders can only be cancelled within 48 hours when order is placed, or if your parcel/s has not been shipped out.
• Any duplicated orders will be refunded within 24 hours and the fund will be back into your account within 3-7 working days without any fee or deduction incurred.
