What does UA or Unauthorised Authentic mean/Are they real?

All our sneakers, clothing and accessories are unauthorised authentic (UA), that means they are made of the same exact materials and stitching/packaging as retail pairs just not authentic or licensed to manufacture. In other words, their identical to what you get from any official retail store that also includes the accessories/laces if any. Big brands limit supply to hype up prices, we don’t, giving everyone a chance to own something really limited that they could wear with confidence and yet not breaking their bank! Will my friends or anyone be able to call me out for wearing “fakes”?

Great news is that the answer is also NO. Can I resell them on Stock-X or any similar platforms?

The firm answer again is NO. Even though we strive for perfection and equal comfort with precision. We do not and will never condemn reselling our item for resell or retail prices. We do not support that.

Why are your prices a little higher than other websites?

The main reason is because all our prices are based on costs of productions, materials and we do not mass produce, yet a high amount of human labour is invested to look into every detail. Importing and bidding for liquidating parts of the products every-time we sell is also a challenge that we were able to overcome.

How long does shipping take?

Due to HIGH demand, we dispatch items in 5-7 business days from the day of your order, in some cases, much earlier. We will email you immediately as soon as your package is dispatched. Please do not contact us regarding your shipping status before 7 business days from the date of order. USPS/EMS/DHL/FEDEX Delivery is used for all our Shipping deliveries (3-7 business days worldwide), which will arrive in the fastest time possible all around the world. We select the fastest and most appropriate shipping method for your order. Also, be aware Dandyset’s manufacturing facility is closed on weekends. An order confirmation should be sent to you immediately through email once confirmed.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there is some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you. (3-7 business days worldwide)

Do I have to pay customs for international orders?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unless our *Parcel insurance coverage is bought as an “add on” option during checkout. This is just a small fee off your total cart value, and we got you fully covered in case your parcel gets stolen, confiscated or lost. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and are random charges according to the customs of that country. To ensure there aren’t any surprise charges upon arrival to your country, Dandyset does its best to declare the product amount to make sure if tax is incurred to be at its minimal. We also specifically deliver all parcels in a discreet manner to avoid customs issues or taxes as much as we can.

What could cause a delay in my order?

There may be several reasons why your order can be delayed and you should check your email for any further updates. From insufficient shipping information, payment verification, stock limitations and a more probable reason recently could be due to the COVID-19 pandemic limiting flights tremendously worldwide with a spike on online shopping, causing long queues at the deliver port. This has not only affected us but every online business around the world.

• If an item you select is out of stock, we will hold your order and try to contact you about selecting a replacement item. If we are unable to reach you within 72 hours, a refund will be issued for an out of stock item and the remaining items in your order will be shipped out immediately.
• Wrong or Invalid Shipping addresses will delay the processing of your order. Please respond to any emails asking for address verification immediately!
• If your order is flagged for fraud, processing will be delayed until we can verify the order is not fraud.
Therefore, it would be good to check your email for any updates every once awhile.

My tracking status is not changing or updating for multiple days now, what do it do?

Due to COVID-19, flights and transports around the world have been tremendously limited which has affected all online businesses and customers worldwide. Rest assured when you receive a tracking link that your order has already been shipped out of our warehouse onto the take-off port to you, sometimes on an extremely long waiting line due to surplus shipments and limited flights within certain countries. This usually happens on a small percentage of orders and we still do our best to get them going as fast as we can since there isn’t a way to call back!

Would I be able to track my order?

After an order is placed, it will take between 1-3 business days for us to process your order. Upon confirmation, you will be receiving an email that confirms your order has been shipped out and is heading your way, inside that email, you will be able to find a tracking ID within 3-4 business days once your order is dispatched, if tracking status does not show any status at the moment, kindly allow a few more days for any new information to load.

I tried checking out but my card was declined, what should I do?

What is a “authorisation processor code” and why do I need it?

All orders taken on our website are security checked to authenticate information and to ensure that the details provided are correct. We do this so that we can ensure that both our customers and our site are safe. Occasionally, your order may be selected to undergo some routine security checks before it can be processed. Reasons may vary from unusual activities, bad payment history, distant locations and more.. However, rest assured once this simple verification is done, that your order will be proceeded as per normal. In other sense an “approval code” generated by the bank usually in 6-7 figures that would help us know that your bank has allowed this payment to go through which only a card holder can obtain.

What is the order confirmation number?

Immediately after placing your order, we will send a confirmation email to the address you provide with an order/invoice number. This is a reference number you can use to enquire on your order. In the event you need to make a return/exchange, or have any questions about your order status, please provide our customer support team with your name and order number.

What is the Return/Exchange Policy?

Dandyset Has 7 days money gurantee. after 7 days of the date your item was delivered terms & condition applied.
If you would like to return/exchange any item(s), an authorization form is required. To obtain an Authorization Form, please submit a ticket through the LINK .
*Please allow up to 5 business days after your exchange has been processed for your item(s) to ship (excluding items on backorder).
A 15% returning fee will be incurred on refund orders due to errors not caused by us. All refunds will be given in store credits for future purchases unless mentioned.
